In most cases orders will be sent out express via Australia post so you should recieve your order in 1 - 3 business days.
For New Zealand orders please allow upto 14 business days.
Once you've placed your order you can trace the status from Your Account.

We also offer Bank Transfers for Australian customers. When checking out our bank details will be provided.
Making Credit Card Payments without a Paypal Account
If you don't have a PayPal account then don't worry, you can still makeCredit Card and Debit Card payments with ease.
Place your order and when checking out select PayPal as your payment option.
When you've finished checking out you will be redirected to PayPal to make your payment.
Then select the following option (highlighted) and you'll be able to make a Credit Card or Debit Card Payment!
Returns
Sorry but we cannot refund orders if you simply change your mind.
In the event of an exchange, the customer must return the product with the invoice.
We can’t be held liable for the postage cost for exchanges.
In the event of a faulty product we are happy to offer our customers a refund, exchange or credit.
